When we started to look for a new home, we didn’t think it was going to be this difficult. But it turned out to be a challenge. After trying for a few months, we were introduced to Nadir through a friend. He listened our story, noted all of concerns and made careful notes. He then got very specific about what we needed. It only took him a few days to come up with three very good options. Turns out the one we wanted had some problem with it. Nadir showed the strength of his communication skills. He worked with the other broker for a few days and then everything came together. He was very helpful each step of the way and took time to explain things when we asked or maybe appeared confused to him and didn’t even know it.He was also a very good source of information when it came to the mortgage. He was always available and very responsive. We even hear the other agent tell him, ‘you are so responsive and thorough’. Now that is something when even the other side starts to praise you. We told him that we will refer him to every one we know and will be glad to be his reference if he needed one.

I recently bought my first home. I used Nadir to help me for this purchase. It was a short sale purchase and even though I don’t fully understand how the whole thing works, Nadir sure did. He helped me negotiate a buying price that was better than I thought. Then he took care of all the steps that followed. It was a long process that took almost 3 months. The whole time Nadir was there to help with anything that came up and he always answered my questions quickly and simply. He also guided me to the best way to get the money I needed to buy this house. It was nice to deal with someone who didn’t bog me down with all the details and got the job done.

You did a great job in keeping me in the loop on the technical stuff. For me, the more information, the better. Depending on your clients, some would appreciate that probably more than others. I liked the way you took the “bull by the horns” so to speak, and keeping on top of everything. By the end, my impression is that you are very thorough and work very hard at what you need to accomplish. You get 10 out of 10 (sic) on communication, knowledge and negotiation skills.
