Because I had lived in my house for 20 years and had far too much stuff, I searched for people who buy houses outright. I wondered if it would be less stressful that way while still giving me a good price. That is how I met Nadir. We spoke for some time, and I was impressed with his knowledge, experience and most importantly, his honesty. He convinced me that not listing the house for sale would not be a good choice. I hired him, and he provided suggestions on how to market the property to maximize the return. The pre-listing inspections proved to be money well spent, as did updating the carpet, paint, and other items throughout the house. Nadir explained the listing process well and encouraged me through some stressful weeks of packing, donating, and discarding large accumulations of stuff, all while the contractors were working. I hoped for a good result and a quick sale, but I truly did not know what to expect. Nadir used his experience to respond to last-minute market changes, and the result was far beyond even my wildest imaginings. There is no doubt in my mind that if I had used the first broker I had talked to, things would have turned out much less successfully for me. I highly recommend Nadir to anyone trying to sell a home.
