OUR FIXED FEE

Here are our maximum Buyer Broker’s fees. These fees may be reduced based on the compensation offered by the seller of the home you purchase. One hundred percent of the compensation from the home seller will be applied towards our fee, and any surplus will be credited to the buyer. The Buyer Broker’s agreement outlines all the details upfront. At BN Real Estate, there are never any hidden costs. 

Up to $800,000

From $800,001 up to $1,300,000

Buyer Broker's Fee: ZERO to $26,450

From $1,300,001 up to $3,500,000
