Listing Setup

Do you have setup fees or hidden monthly charges?

No hidden fees, ever.

Washington state mandates B&O and L&I fees. These are pass-through fees with nothing added.

Where is your office located?

In Bellevue, WA. No office facilities for brokers. We expect them to operate independently. Most of our training and meetings are video-based.

Where does BN Real Estate fit in the 100% commission brokerages?

Unlike most other firms that pay 100% commission, we are a small boutique operation. We are client-centric, transparent, and ethical. We view our brokers as our clients as well. Our primary goal is to help our brokers to prosper while serving clients as best as possible.

How do I transfer my license?

Log in to your Secure Access WA and click into Professional and Business Licensing. If you do not see this, click “Add Service” and select Professional and Business Licensing from the services list. Click into your license number, and separate it from your existing brokerage relationship. Then link your license to BN Real Estate.

What kind of training do you provide?

You will learn the specifics after our initial conversation. The managing broker has been a trainer and a professional mentor for more than twenty years.

Take notice:

  • Established Brokers, those licensed for 2+ years and 8+ transactions, are eligible for our 100% commission plan.
  • Tyro Brokers, those licensed for less than two years or have completed less than eight transactions, regardless of how long they have been licensed, will be on our 85% commission plan until they close eight transactions. After that, they automatically go to a 100% commission plan.
  • Coordination services are mandatory for tyro brokers.
  • Brokers licensed less than two years will receive Washington State mandated supervision.
  • BN Real Estate brokers are expected to adhere to DOL and NWMLS rules and guidelines.
