This is the fourth time we engaged Nadir. I told him, “hey Nadir, there is a reason I keep your info in my speed dial –– you always come through.” We decided to sell our house and I told Nadir, in late November that I wanted it sold as quickly as possible. He had it on the market within a week and sold in four days, before the first week of December ended. It sold for several thousand dollars more than what we expected. What I like most about dealing with Nadir that there are no hassles, no issues, no surprises. This has been true every time we have dealt with him. Also, it is so clear to me that he does everything possible to look after our interest and makes sure that I understand what is going on.

Back in 1999 I was Nadir’s first client! Even then he gave me amazing service and helped me organize things in a way that I was able to buy a house I wanted very quickly. Since then, I have used his service many times. Nadir helped my daughter buy her house and I bought some investment properties. All these years, its the same deal always.
